When one thinks of India, there are a few familiar ideas - spicy food, curries, land of spices, vibrancy, chaos, colour. But being a country almost as large as the European Union, no single narrative or palate can encompass its diversity.
Climate, trade, migration, religion, and local traditions have all left their imprints on the cuisine. It is impossible to have a definitive bible for Indian cooking and that is precisely the beauty of it.

Each pop-up is intentionally intimate and limited seats so the conversation flows as freely as the wine. Dietary requirements are warmly accommodated; just let us know when you reserve.
The menu changes with each location, drawing on regional Indian traditions that speak to the season, the setting, and the stories we want to share that evening.
Reservations are confirmed on receipt of payment. Cancellations up to 14 days before the event are fully refunded. Within 14 days, we offer a credit toward a future pop-up.
